This 180-room dual brand Residence Inn and SpringHill Suites hotel was our team's first Indianapolis-area development project. Our team identified the opportunity, secured the franchise and designed the project, obtained entitlements and syndicated capital to execute the development.
This project was executed under our former banner, Witness Investment, and Witness won the Marriott 2018 Developer of the Year for executing this project.
