This 94-room Hilton Garden Inn, is part of the $200M+ Arcade District Development, which includes the renovation of 10 historic buildings in Downtown Dayton, Ohio. Mira Development worked together with Century Hotel Group (CHG), Cross Street Partners and Model Group to bring this project to fruition.

We secured the Hilton Garden Inn franchise in coordination with CHG, and led both deal underwriting and capital syndication for the hotel portion of the project. Construction completion is anticipated in late 2024.
