With its deep experience in asset management, we regularly team up with our WI colleagues to validate deal underwriting, syndicate capital, and create investment strategies. Witness created its first acquisition fund in 2024, successfully raising $20M for 4 extended stay / limited service hotel acquisitions that are expected to close within the next 18 months.
